The MSM-100 series single channel CO detection system is a sampling gas analysis system, which includes two parts: a collection system and a measurement system. The sampling probe extracts a sample gas (a mixture of coal powder and air), which enters the refrigerator inside the analyzer through a sampling tube for cooling and dehumidification. The condensation generated during this process is sent out by a condensate peristaltic pump at a selected period. The heat released by the sample gas is dissipated through the heat sink on the outer wall of the chassis. The cooled and dehumidified gas then passes through a secondary particle filter to remove small particles, obtaining a clean and dry target gas. After analysis by sensors, the exhaust gas is discharged through the bottom of the chassis. This system is suitable for grinding equipment (coal mill), simple silo, coal powder silo, storage silo, raw coal silo, coarse/fine powder separator and other equipment.
